It adopts Siemens PLC, synchronous control of three/five servo motors, center surface rewinding method.
It adopts an ABB inverter for speed regulation to keep running smoothly during acceleration.
Automatic meter counting, automatic stop of material runs out, and technical setting logs are available.
HMI 2 pcs, there is one HMI on each rewind side, easy to operate.
Unwinding adopts a heavy-duty hydraulic automatic shaftless structure to bear the heavy jumbo reel in different core sizes easily; automatic material loading and lifting, which provides reliable safety to the operator; automatic web guide by CCD sensor to achieve an excellent rewinding performance.
The winding tension is automatically controlled by PLC according to the parameters set by the slitting process requirements and the change of the winding diameter, with automatic control according to the digital taper & constant tension mode.
The rewinding adopts A and B rewind friction shafts, which expand the reel tension strength; the slip force automatic control, adapting to the uneven thickness of the material in multiple coil slitting.
Adopt pneumatic circular knife and automatic knife positioning system(option) to make adjustment of various slitting widths much easier, safer, and faster.
Automatic unloading to make production easier and more convenient.
Automatic waste edge removal by blower and mini rewinder in 2 ways.
