Sheet Cutting Machine (Conjoint Feeding)

Machine Introduction

This machine uses a servo motor and PLC control for fixed-lengthcutting. The transmission adopts a pneumatic synchronous belt and brake motor synchronous control. The motor has variable frequency speed regulation, automatic counting, auto alarm stop, automatic control of magnetic powder tension, and can be cut in multiple sections longitudinally. The waste edge is automatically removed by a fan.

Advantages and Characteristics

Machine Rack: 16mm thickness machine body wall makes the machine stronger and more stable.
Aluminum Rollers: All aluminum rolls installed in the machine, which are dynamically balanced and tested. Material can smoothly move in these rollers without any scratching.
PU Rollers: The PU rollers are highly abrasive-resistant, which can ensure machine feeding precision.
Cylinder Lifter: The jumbo roll material can be easily lifted up by the cylinder from the ground. Save labor and easily operate the cutting machine.
Motors: The machine adopts one set of servo motor and two sets of asynchronous motors to drive. It makes the machine work with a high level of cutting precision (0.2 mm error range)
