It adopts PLC control, 4/5 servo motor and drive, tension automatic control, surface¢er rewinding way which makes the narrow roll tight and slitting surface smooth.
speed control by servo motor drive to enable machine run stably during acceleration and deceleration.
Automatic counter meter, auto alarm of faulty and auto stop when targeting rolls reach to required meter or diameter.
Rewinder adopts A、B friction shaft up and down structure, better for the rewinding performance of the plastic film in uneven thickness, targeting rolls unload easily.
The unwinding Web Guide(EPC) use ultrasonic/CCD control way to keep and correct the web material position by edge or by line.
It use Circular/Razor blade slitting knife depends of different material features , the trimming edge was removed by blower or optional mini rewinder.
Automatic shaft-less loading structure, reduce the potential safety risks during loading process.
Automatic puller to remove targeting rolls from from to unload rack.
